In order to further improve the experimental application and operation ability of the staff, and build a experimental technician team of high-quality, Qingdao Haohai Guangjie Testing and Technical Consulting Co., Ltd decided to launch a lab operation skills competition. On Jan. 29, 2021, the first phase of "Weighing Operation" competition was successfully held, and Yanjun Zhang and Hao Li won the first two prizes.

The competition received positive responses from laboratory staff, and all laboratory personnel signed up for the competition. The judges scored on-site based on the accuracy and proficiency of the participants' operation process. LC&GC inspector Yanjun Zhang won the first place, and spectral analyst Hao Liwon the second place. 

The competition is expected to be held once a week, which will further improve the professional capabilities of laboratory staff, train a team of skilled laboratory talents, and provide strong technical support and talent guarantee for the promotion of HHGJ and Qingdao International Academician Park.
